Primary Purpose of Role: As an HVAC Senior Mechanical Service Technician with our client, your role is pivotal. You will be responsible for completing mechanical and electrical tasks directed by our management team, ensuring compliance with our high standards. Your work will include identifying and mitigating the risks associated with HVAC equipment to our clients' business operations. Effective communication within the team is vital for achieving the best outcomes for both our clients and our business.

Operations Management: Optimize daily service department operations.

Quality Control: Maintain high service standards.

Performance Evaluation: Assess and coach the service team.

Budget Management: Manage the service department's budget.

Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Reporting: Analyze KPIs and improve service.

Customer Relationship: Build strong customer relationships.

Vendor Management: Manage supplier relationships.

Training: Provide training and development.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports.

Conflict Resolution: Resolve disputes and conflicts.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term goals.

Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements.

Emergency Response: Develop contingency plans.

Experience/Qualifications: Essential:

  • Drivers Licence.
  • Arc Licence.
  • Trade Licence.
  • Electrical Licence.
  • White Card.
  • QBCC Licence.
